Use the PixelPulse Discord to report a problem or request a review of an enforcement decision.
Submit a useful report
- Include your account identifier, the server, approximate time, players involved, and a clear description.
- Attach original screenshots, clips, or logs when available. Do not edit evidence in a misleading way.
- Send sensitive evidence privately. Public accusations can interfere with the review and expose other players.
Appeal respectfully
- Explain which action you are appealing and why you believe it should be changed.
- Be honest about your own behavior and provide relevant context or evidence.
- Submit one complete appeal and allow time for an independent review. Repeated messages do not accelerate a decision.
- Do not evade a restriction while an appeal is pending.
