Contact, reports and appeals
Use the right private route for community help, player reports, moderation appeals, and account-data requests.
Start here
Email info@pixelpulse.gg for private website, account, administration, or privacy enquiries. Use the PixelPulse Discord #help-and-support channel for public questions about the community, guides, and planned WARDOGS server. Do not post account details, reports, or evidence publicly.
General help
Ask ordinary community and server questions in #help-and-support so answers can help other players too.
Private matters
Email info@pixelpulse.gg for website, account, administration, or privacy enquiries. Contact a Moderator privately for reports, appeals, or evidence.
Private player reports
Privately contact a PixelPulse Moderator and include:
- the server or channel;
- the approximate UTC date and time;
- the relevant Discord, game, or website account identifiers;
- a factual description of what happened; and
- original message links, screenshots, clips, logs, or other evidence when available.
Staff assign a case ID and keep reporter identities and evidence private within the moderation team. Reports should not be repeated publicly.
Moderation appeals
A sanctioned member may privately contact a Moderator with:
- their account identifier;
- the case ID, if known;
- the action being appealed;
- why the action should change; and
- any new context or evidence.
A moderator other than the original decision-maker reviews the case whenever staffing permits. The reviewer may uphold, reduce, expire, or revoke the action. PixelPulse targets a response within seven days.
One complete appeal is normally reviewed per action unless material new evidence or a clear procedural error justifies reopening it.
Privacy and account-data requests
Email info@pixelpulse.gg with the subject Privacy request. A private support request through the PixelPulse Discord is available as an alternative. Do not publish identity documents, account details, or other personal information in a public channel.
Staff may request reasonable information to verify account ownership before disclosing, correcting, or deleting data. Read the privacy and cookie notice for the data categories, purposes, retention criteria, and available rights.
Urgent safety issues
For credible threats, doxxing, scams, malware, or immediate danger, preserve account IDs, message links, and timestamps, report the content to Discord or the relevant platform, and contact local emergency services when someone may be at immediate risk. Do not redistribute harmful material publicly.
